You will mentor and coach a team of 6 sales representative and 1 sales leader in Saskatchewan.

You need to reside in GVA (Greater Vancouver area).

You will be responsible for British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan.


YOUR CHALLENGES

Overall responsibility of the region: grow the skills and responsibility of the sales team while increase revenue and profitability while holding internal and stakeholders accountable for respective metrics.

Oversee branch operation of 1 branch from both macro and micro view regarding profitability, development, and efficiency.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and implement the business development strategy and ensure its execution;
  • Structure and optimize the prospecting process and the follow-up with clients in a spirit of partnership;
  • Develop and maintain exemplary relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and vendors;
  • Build, develop and guide a team of outside representatives and branch managers;
  • Prepare and manage the budget with full P&L responsibilities;
  • Participation in M&A process for the region;
  • Oversee branch managers within the branch network;
  • To work in conjunction with the branch managers regarding profitability, operations, and efficiency;
  • Move branch network forward strategically;
  • Maintain and grow operational excellence for branches.


YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS

  • Gross margin & Sales;
  • OPC;
  • % of revenue for digital channels;
  • Kosto Share (Private Label) for Central Branches;
  • 360 offerings: Technical Services, Consulting services shares;
  • Net new customers;
  • Engagement score;
  • Reach the service level for the Central branches;
  • Branch manager Territory GM$;
  • Inventory Turns.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong experience leading and managing a team;
  • Experience or interest in health and safety within the mining, construction or manufacturing sector;
  • High emotional intelligence;
  • Experience in executive negotiation;
  • Financial acumen;
  • High energy;
  • Available to travel 25%;
  • Valid driver’s license.
